My question has to do with anal worship which you mention many
times in your writings. I find the concept very exciting; but,
are there precautions that should be taken to avoid health
problems?

There are certainly some precautions your lady can take to
reduce the risks of such anal play. I have always liked to make
sure that my anal area is well washed, inside and out, prior to
making David lick me there.
You will want your lady to be especially careful if you will be
expected to insert your tongue.
